🌾 Revitalizing Idle Farmland

We breathe new life into abandoned farmland. From Sumoto City in Hyogo to Utsunomiya in Tochigi, and with expansion planned in Sano by 2025, we are turning unused land into fertile fields. Vacant houses are cleared, and once-forgotten soil is reborn for farming.

🍅 Production & Sales

For decades, agriculture relied on chemicals and mass production. Today, times have changed. At The Farm, we believe that healthy soil grows healthy food. By drawing on traditional methods that utilize enzymes and microorganisms, we produce crops that are not only more abundant, but also remarkably richer in flavor.

Our composite fermentation method combines aerobic and anaerobic bacteria to maximize nature’s strength—ensuring a truly sustainable approach to farming.

👩‍🌾 Human Resource Development

Agriculture is the future. With the world’s population expected to reach 9.7 billion by 2050, food demand will soar. At The Farm, Japanese and international colleagues work side by side, training the next generation of agricultural leaders.

We welcome specified skilled workers from the Philippines and foreign technical trainees, sharing our farming expertise while growing together. With global markets expanding, The Farm is also preparing to export its produce overseas—bringing the taste of Japan to the world.
